Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. They scan your QR code or tap your link and share straight from their phones, iPhone or Android. Nothing to download, and no sign up.
How do guests get their photos to us?
You get a QR code and your own link at yourname.kamemories.com. Put the QR on save-the-dates, table cards, or a sign at the reception. Guests scan it, snap or choose a photo, and it comes to you, before, during, and after the day.
Do we decide which photos appear?
Always. Every upload lands privately for you first. Approve the ones you love into the gallery, feature your favorites on the home page, and leave the rest. Nothing is public until you say so.
How long is our gallery up, and can we keep the photos?
Your gallery stays live for six months. On the Signature and Grand packages you can download every photo at full resolution to keep forever.
Is it a subscription?
No. It is a one-time payment per event. The Intimate, Signature, and Grand packages are $49, $99, and $149. No recurring charges, ever.
How many guests and photos can we have?
The Intimate, Signature, and Grand packages cover up to 75, 200, and unlimited guests, with 10, 20, or 30 photos per guest each day. We can raise the daily limit for your event if you need to.
What if a guest shares something we would rather not show?
You are in full control. Pending photos stay private to you, and you can remove any photo at any time.
Is it only for weddings?
It is made for weddings, but it works beautifully for any celebration, from showers and anniversaries to birthdays and reunions.
Do teachers and veterans get a discount?
Yes. If you or the person you are marrying is a teacher or a veteran, you get 50% off any package, our way of saying thank you. Use the contact form to verify and we will send your discount code.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Checkout runs entirely through Stripe, the same processor trusted by millions of businesses. We never see or store your card details.
Can guests share videos?
kamemories is photos only, on purpose, so the gallery stays fast, beautiful, and easy to relive. Every guest shares still photos from their phone.
Can guests keep posting all weekend?
Yes. Guests can share before, during, and after the day, and the Grand package adds multi-day weekend mode. Each guest's daily count resets each day.
Can we make it feel like ours?
Your event page carries your names and a refined theme out of the box, so it looks custom made without any work from you.
